Chima Okpa Faculty Specialist cokpa@umd.edu Chima is a Faculty Specialist currently using remote sensing data and GIS for land cover characterization of the US in conjunction with FAO global land cover initiative. Chima received his BS degree in Geographic Information Systems at the University of Maryland, College Park. He intends to continue his education through the MPS GIS program at the University of Maryland.
